Beginners Muay Thai Training Program
The beginners Muay Thai program is designed to cater for guests who have little to no training experience in Muay Thai.
This program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and the defences to these techniques. The program also works on power, conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance, with the goal of preparing the practitioner with good fitness and form to move on to the intermediate level. Practitioners with weight loss and/or fitness goals may also choose to continue at the beginner level.
Sessions also include padwork, bagwork, and cardio/conditioning drills to develop the basic fitness required for Muay Thai.
Please note: This class require participants to have gloves and shinpads. Gloves can be bought onsite in the gear store or available as rentals.
