HARDCORE is also only a 40 minute class. We value core training at TMT and we want to restore its true meaning. Common misconception may be that it’s a class to get “washboard abs” although that may come along as a benefit, HardCORE focuses on core training that will help support you when you do your lifts such as squats, dead-lifts and presses.
This class trains muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability especially when you take other classes that require you to use heavier weights.
There is a difference between core and abdominal training. Core training does not only target the front part of your body but the back side as well. A core workout will also include the erector spinae, which are the muscles that make up your back, and also your glutes.
GRiND, a 40-minute HIIT Fitness Class

The Grind is only a 40-minute class. However, this class uses the high-intensity interval training method. It is a perfect class to take for those who want to squeeze in an extra class in their busy schedule.
The Grind workouts also allows you to preserve their hard-earned muscles while ensuring most of the weight lost comes from fat stores. These workouts can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels. Although a short class, it provides similar fitness benefits as a continuous endurance workout but in shorter periods of time. This is because high intensity workouts tend to burn more calories up to 2 hours after the workout.

Our BEAST Strength & Conditioning class is designed to improve strength, power, agility, explosiveness, and muscle endurance!
TMT’s BEAST is a strength and conditioning-based class designed to improve the physical components that determine sports performance success.
Methods to improve strength, power, agility, explosiveness, and muscle endurance will all be used on a daily basis and explained how they can improve your athletic performance.
This is an excellent class for people who want to learn how to build strength, muscle, and efficient movement through the body's primary movement patterns.
Participants can expect to use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, box jumps, TRX’s, slamballs and many other tools to improve all aspects of strength and conditioning.
