Tiger Cubs - Martial Arts for Kids

     For the young ones! Learn self-defense, discipline, and have some fun!

Fifty minute Martial Arts Kids classes every Monday, Tuesday, Friday at 4.30pm, and Saturday 9.30am. Get a class-by-class package to start the fun! For 6 to 10 year olds. Learn a variety of different martial arts used in Mixed Martial Arts ranging from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu moves to Muay Thai moves. 

Build confidence

Children will gain satisfaction when they master a new move or a new skill. Martial arts encourages progression, which gives the child a sense of achievement and building up their confidence as they improve.

Conflict Resolution

Martial arts teaches your child to focus on self-defense and there is no fighting allowed between students. As the famous saying goes "When Your Temper Rises Lower Your Fists When Your Fists Rise Lower Your Temper".  When practitioners enter the ring to spar, they are taught to be calm and cool headed, and ultimately, show respect for ther opponent. We teach children how to keep a cool head and look for a solution.

Encourage Teamwork

Children will be taught to encourage each other, and help each other along. Senior students may be given a small task of guiding the junior students, or even leading the class in stretching exercises if they are up for it!

Academia 

Martial arts teaches concentration and focus. In turn, this will help in the child's ability to focus in school, be more disciplined, and step up as a leader.
